Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available by Cartio at checkout or upon delivery, where applicable.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after it has been placed, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes communicated on our website or during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Cartio is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers may be contacted by Cartio or the delivery provider to coordinate delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Cartio operates an exchange-only policy and does not offer refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to request an exchange.
Approved products may be exchanged for another available product of equal or higher value. If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including their original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Cartio reserves the right to refuse an exchange if a returned product shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is verified, Cartio will arrange an appropriate exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for return and re-delivery costs for regular exchanges unless otherwise agreed by Cartio.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, expiration dates, minimum order requirements, or product restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
