Cartio Shipping Policy

At Cartio, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Lebanon. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Partner

We partner with Delispeed for our deliveries across Lebanon.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our delivery partner, it will be processed for delivery to the address provided when placing your order.

2. Shipping Cost

  • We deliver all over Lebanon with a standard delivery fee of $3.

  • Free Delivery is available on orders over $35.

  • Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed or communicated when placing your order.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the pickup day.

  • Business days are generally Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

  • If we become aware of a significant delay with your order, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after being placed.

  • Once your order has been prepared, it will be scheduled for pickup by our delivery partner.

  • Tracking information or delivery updates may be provided when available.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, phone number, and contact information when placing an order.

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, inability to contact the customer, or customer unavailability, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to circumstances caused by the customer.

  • Cartio is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided when placing an order.

  • If you believe your order has been lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at cartio.lb@outlook.com so we can investigate the issue with our delivery partner.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Cartio only delivers within Lebanon.

We do not currently offer international shipping. International delivery options may become available in the future.
